A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO GOLF SWING ANALYSIS Since 1995, Golf Tec has been providing a different approach to golf instruction. In private Indoor Bays, Teaching Professionals use Digital Video and Motion Analysis to record your golf swing, They then make a side by side comparison with your swing and a Tour Professional whose swing is most like the yours. This video analysis not only shows your strengths and weaknesses, it allows you to access the internet to review it time after time. In my case it dramatically depicted a flaw in my take-away. A comparison with Larry Mize showed that I was taking the club back to far on the inside causing me to block the shots out to the right. |  When I got back home I was able to access the whole session by typing in in a personnel code. After reviewing the video, working on the take-away proved to be fatal. The changes that I made in my swing completely threw off my timing. I was able to hit the ball straighter, but came up short of my target almost every time. Even when I took one or two clubs more I still came up short. I decided that straight was better, but was continually frustrated always coming up short of my target. I will have to say, it did wonders for my short game. After several weeks of frustration I began to see light at the end of the tunnel. I finally got my timing back. Well almost. I'm still not hitting the ball as far as I would like to, but it sure goes straight. In my opinion being able to review the lesson via the Internet is very valuable. I was able to see how my swing really looked, and was able to review it at any time.
